The Sales Modern Channel is responsible for managing sales, distribution, and promotional activities of home appliance products in modern trade channels
Job Description
- Manage all sales activities for home appliance products within modern trade channels.
- Manage and grow a high-performing team of key account managers to build strong relationships with major retail partners.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure flawless channel execution.
- Monitor and report on channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions
- Conduct regular visits to outlets to ensure product availability and proper display according to company standards.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, stock availability, and competitor activities (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Provide market feedback to management regarding sales trends, customer needs, and competitor movements.
- Controlling AR Aging that is Over Due.
Requirement
- Have experience in Sales Modern Chanel at least 3 years (Electronic or home applience preferred)
- Have experience driving growth in the modern retail channel
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with key retail partners
- Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret market data and translate insights into effective business strategies
- Have experience collaborative with modern market dealers, such as: Electronic City, Erablue, Court, Best and etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Good Fluent in English both written and spoken
