About the role

The Sales Modern Channel is responsible for managing sales, distribution, and promotional activities of home appliance products in modern trade channels

Job Description

  • Manage all sales activities for home appliance products within modern trade channels.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing team of key account managers to build strong relationships with major retail partners.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure flawless channel execution.
  • Monitor and report on channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions
  • Conduct regular visits to outlets to ensure product availability and proper display according to company standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, stock availability, and competitor activities (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Provide market feedback to management regarding sales trends, customer needs, and competitor movements.
  • Controlling AR Aging that is Over Due.

Requirement

  • Have experience in Sales Modern Chanel at least 3 years (Electronic or home applience preferred)
  • Have experience driving growth in the modern retail channel
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with key retail partners
  • Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret market data and translate insights into effective business strategies
  • Have experience collaborative with modern market dealers, such as: Electronic City, Erablue, Court, Best and etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Good Fluent in English both written and spoken
