We are seeking a skilled and motivated Campaign Manager / Social Media Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing social media and advertising campaigns for European clients. You will combine strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven insights to deliver measurable results.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) tailored to European markets.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content; manage day-to-day community interactions.
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads , with a strong focus on achieving client KPIs.
- Track campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to align campaign strategies with client objectives.
- Stay updated on European market trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, campaign planning, and performance reporting.
- Practical expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads .
- Experience working with European clients and understanding regional market expectations.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) .
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- German language skills (spoken and written) are a major plus.
- Experience in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing tools is a bonus.
