Qualifications:

  • Graduates of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

  • Graduates of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position, especially in the manufacturing industry.

  • Have experience in ERP and IOT impementation.

  • In-depth understanding of ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) and how they interact.

  • Strong understanding of project management, information technology management principles, including system administration and information technology service delivery.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative technology solutions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, Bekasi and join ASAP.

Job description :

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's overall business objectives.

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and implementation of key business systems (especially ERP) and internal software solutions.

  • Responsible for the success of system and ERP projects (on time, within budget).

  • Continuously monitor industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities for improving the company's technological capabilities.

  • Manage IT budgets and resources efficiently to ensure effective and optimal use.

  • Lead and motivate the IT team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
