Job Description:
• Assist in analyzing user behavior, product performance, and marketing effectiveness
• Support execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives related to business growth
• Validate growth hypotheses through structured, data-driven testing (e.g., A/B tests, cohort analysis)
• Identify high-impact opportunities through market trends, customer insights, and internal data
• Work closely with teams to turn insights into actionable strategies
• Special Project: Support Referral Program as one of our acquisition channels
Requirements:
• Final year / 3rd year university student in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
• Experienced or familiar with data management, analysis, and modeling
• Strong interest in strategy, entrepreneurship, and growth
• Data-driven thinker with strong analytical skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
