Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing events starting from preparations to execution.
- Assisting the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing administration process (contract, meeting minutes, invoice, PR, coupa-related logbook, etc.)
- Assisting in having a good contact and networking with both internal & external stakeholders (partners, vendors, NGO, event organizers, volunteers, etc.)
- Assisting in managing CI Central Repository (MoU, monitoring reports, final reports, photos, videos, posters, etc.)
- Responsible of monthly CI media monitoring reporting
- Assisting in managing PRUVolunteers engagement activities and development
- Managing CI's social media account
- Have a good ability in copywriting and create content for social media
- Assisting in content review of CI's social media account
- Creative in providing social media content ideas
- Familiar and able to use editing tools both photo and video (Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, adobe illustrator, final cut etc.)
Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable university – at least SI/bachelor's degree (especially communication major: DKV/Advertising/Broadcasting)
- Have a high commitment to work and proactive in completing every job assigned in every project
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Possess very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with people at all levels
- A good team player who can work under minimum supervision
- Having an action oriented and positive attitude
- Ability to manage administration
- Active and have presentable social media (IG, Tiktok, others)
- The applicant must have a domicile within the Jakarta area, preferably not too far from office (Prudential Centre)
- Willing to WFO 3 times in a week (WFO 3x WFH 2x)
- Willing to work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday), when the job holder should handling events either in the office or outside the office
- Able to commit to working for a minimum of six months in accordance with the contract
