Job Description
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Operations) to align project requirements.
  • Monitor and conduct regular inspections of fit-out works, ensuring quality standards and preparing progress reports.
  • Prepare handover documents and manage premises handover with landlords and vendors.
  • Collect and review contractor drawings, fit-out documentation, and material submissions.
  • Familiar with design phases including Initial Design, Tender Drawings, and Material Approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain store maintenance reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks including quotations, invoices, and related project paperwork.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Fit-Out role within a Retail Fashion Company.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office applications.
  • A team player who can also work independently, with flexibility to support projects on weekends if required.
  • Open to business travel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in communication.
  • Good communication skills in English.
