Job Description
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Operations) to align project requirements.
- Monitor and conduct regular inspections of fit-out works, ensuring quality standards and preparing progress reports.
- Prepare handover documents and manage premises handover with landlords and vendors.
- Collect and review contractor drawings, fit-out documentation, and material submissions.
- Familiar with design phases including Initial Design, Tender Drawings, and Material Approvals.
- Prepare and maintain store maintenance reports.
- Handle administrative tasks including quotations, invoices, and related project paperwork.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Fit-Out role within a Retail Fashion Company.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office applications.
- A team player who can also work independently, with flexibility to support projects on weekends if required.
- Open to business travel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in communication.
- Good communication skills in English.
