About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects within our organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring that project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved, while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing large-scale software implementations within the insurance industry, demonstrating strong leadership and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, engineering teams, and business leaders to drive project success.
  • Define detailed delivery plans, manage resource allocation, and identify risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee project progress through Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations where applicable.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and team performance.
  • Provide regular project updates, executive summaries, and performance reporting.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum Master.
  • Experience in managing multi-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Familiarity with modern software engineering practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Understanding of Life Insurance business processes is a strong advantage.
