- Plan and Execute Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and perform preventive maintenance, ensuring spare parts are ready, work follows SOP and safety rules, and budgets are calculated annually.
- Support Production Operations: Maintain machines to reduce downtime, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment runs efficiently to meet production needs.
- Control Maintenance Costs: Assist in managing fixed and variable costs, control overtime, optimize spare part usage, and define standard part lifespans.
- Lead and Develop Team: Supervise facility & maintenance technicians, and implement training plans to improve team performance and maintenance quality.
- Ensure Compliance and Service Quality: Uphold EHS standards, improve maintenance service levels, support system traceability, and coordinate expansion projects with regular updates.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Facility Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in technical and AutoCAD drawings; basic knowledge of PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and plant maintenance.
- Experienced in supervising and leading a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
