Responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen and kitchen workers in a manner to provide ultimate customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will oversee the kitchen to ensure consistent and high-quality food is prepared, as well as impeccable sanitation and food standards are achieved.
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Head Chef
- Specialty in Western, especially in Italian cuisine and/or having specialty in Asian Cuisine
- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Result-focus oriented
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management Software, POS)
- BS degree in Culinary Science or related certificate
