Responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen and kitchen workers in a manner to provide ultimate customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will oversee the kitchen to ensure consistent and high-quality food is prepared, as well as impeccable sanitation and food standards are achieved.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Head Chef
  • Specialty in Western, especially in Italian cuisine and/or having specialty in Asian Cuisine
  • Excellent record of kitchen management
  • Result-focus oriented
  • Capable of delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management Software, POS)
  • BS degree in Culinary Science or related certificate
