Are you a driven sales professional ready to grow a global brand in one of the world's most dynamic markets?
We're looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to expand our market presence in Indonesia by managing existing accounts, unlocking new opportunities, and driving strategic growth for our premium tire solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities in line with company strategy.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers – tire dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and end users.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support key accounts and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Plan and manage customer visits efficiently to identify and convert new sales opportunities.
  • Deliver product training and day-to-day support to customers and internal teams.
  • Gather and share market insights to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience (tire industry experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record in meeting targets and managing accounts under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills — with a strategic mindset.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Indonesia.
