Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of B2C sales experience in interior, furniture, or related industries.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and conducting on-site measurements to ensure furniture fits appropriately in customers' spaces and to figure out how to set the doors.
Job Description :
- Support showroom operations, including assisting staff and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries (B2C), providing prompt and professional responses.
- Conduct site visits to customers' homes or apartments to take measurements for door installations and assess whether furniture will fit the available space.
- May support the import process for stainless steel furniture.
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations, negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
