Adecco Indonesia is representing a leading multinational pharmaceutical company with strong presence across Asia and an expanding portfolio of branded ethical and wellness products.

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager – East will oversee business growth and sales execution across East Indonesia, including Surabaya, Central Java, East Java, Bali, Makassar, Manado, and Samarinda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals within the private Rx market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out marketing campaigns and brand activation programs.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Drive recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives within the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical marketing practices, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and periodic performance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in ethical / branded pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record handling private prescription (Rx) or hospital sales channels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Competitive, persuasive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across assigned territories.
