Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager – East will oversee business growth and sales execution across East Indonesia, including Surabaya, Central Java, East Java, Bali, Makassar, Manado, and Samarinda.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives.
- Build strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals within the private Rx market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out marketing campaigns and brand activation programs.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Drive recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives within the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical marketing practices, and industry regulations.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and periodic performance reports for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in ethical / branded pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record handling private prescription (Rx) or hospital sales channels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Competitive, persuasive, and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel regularly across assigned territories.
