Responsibilities
  • 1. Management of the Indonesian office: Responsible for recruiting local recording engineers and script specialists; assisting the company in evaluating local employees; communicating and implementing relevant management and evaluation policies.
  • 2. Management of the daily operations of the Indonesian office: Responsible for attendance, labor contract signing, payroll calculation, onboarding, offboarding, transfer procedures, social security, expense reimbursement, and other administrative and HR work.
  • 3. Localization and Compliance: Thoroughly understand Indonesian market policies regarding data security management and corporate qualifications; assist the company in obtaining relevant qualifications and certificates; ensure the compliance of internal processes and documents.
  • 4. Customer Maintenance: Responsible for receiving and sending customer contracts.
  • 5. Collaboration: Maintain close contact with the local team, respond promptly to team needs, and actively cooperate with tasks assigned by the domestic team.
Job Requirements
  • 1. Fluent in Indonesian, proficient in both Chinese and English, familiar with Indonesian customs and laws;
  • 2. Priority will be given to candidates with an educational background in linguistics or a related field;
  • 3. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and logical thinking abilities;
  • 4. A positive work attitude, high resilience under pressure, and a clear sense of purpose.
