Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in plastic manufacturing, rotational molding, or blow molding is an advantage.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) for technical communication and documentation.
- Familiar with CAD/3D design software for product prototyping.
- Basic knowledge of plastic materials (HDPE, LLDPE, food grade, UV stabilizers).
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and innovative mindset in product development.
- Able to work in a cross-functional team (Production, QC, Marketing).
- Willing to be placed at the factory or R&D center as required.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer needs and trends.
- Design and develop new water tank models with improved durability, space efficiency, and aesthetics.
- Select and test appropriate materials to ensure safety, durability, and compliance with standards
- Coordinate with production teams to create prototypes and monitor trial runs.
- Perform quality and durability tests (leak test, hydrostatic test, UV resistance).
- Ensure compliance with national standards (e.g., SNI) and company quality requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports in English.
- Support continuous improvement in existing products and manufacturing processes.
