Job Description

  • Design and develop training syllabus, materials, and evaluations.
  • Deliver training sessions (offline, online, blended learning) for store & office employees.
  • Create digital learning content (articles, videos, interactive materials).
  • Manage training administration, reporting, and LMS.
  • Collaborate with HR, retail, and operations teams to align training needs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve methods.

Requirements

  • Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Psychology, Communication, or Education.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; 2–3 years of experience in retail/sales/customer service preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations (sales, service excellence, SOP).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office & design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing).
  • Willing to travel to stores/branches and able to work with targets.
  • Energetic, open to learning, and passionate about employee development.

Location: Meruya Selatan, West Jakarta
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, Full WFO (08.30–17.30)
