About Us:

Southeast Asia Music Academy Online is a leading online music education platform connecting learners across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to help grow our student base and drive course sales.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, manage leads, build relationships, and collaborate with our marketing and product teams to increase course enrollments. This is a remote, part-time role (~30 hours/week) with strong commission potential and the possibility to transition into a longer-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage sales leads for online music courses.
  • Communicate professionally with prospective learners and partners.
  • Track progress and report sales metrics accurately.
  • Execute timely follow-ups and maintain responsiveness during work hours.
  • Support marketing initiatives and help drive enrollments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or similar roles (online education or music industry is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Passionate about music and/or education.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base pay of
    IDR 7–8M/month (~SGD 450–550) for ~30 hours/week
