Role Description
This full‑time on‑site General Manager will oversee all business operations, driving growth through financial management, human resources, sales and marketing, and long‑term development. The role demands strong leadership, analytical insight, and the ability to sustain the Mozaic brand while expanding its footprint.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all House of Om locations (e.g., Melati, Bali)
- Guide and support department leaders; conduct regular check‑ins and foster a collaborative culture
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term goals in alignment with House of Om’s mission and values
- Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and collaborate with Finance to ensure financial sustainability
- Uphold high standards in service quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience

- Coordinate cross‑department communication (Sales, Events, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Academics)
- Handle operational issues and conflicts promptly and diplomatically

- Provide regular reports and recommendations to the CEO or Founders

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role in hospitality, wellness, or education
- Experience overseeing daily operations in a dynamic, multi‑department environment
- Strong people management, conflict resolution, and staff development skills
- Financial acumen: budget management and cost control
- Strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capabilities
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Comfort with digital tools such as HRIS, scheduling apps, Google Workspace, and project management platforms
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
- Deep understanding and respect for holistic wellness, yoga, and conscious community values
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (plus)
- Willingness to be based in Bali and work across multiple locations; flexible working hours including weekends or events

- Mature and professional demeanor; preferred age range 35‑45 years old
