Job Description:
- Sell landed houses / high-rise (apartments) / office spaces and commercial lots.
- Manage and lead the Sales Department by providing strategic sales plans and establishing sales objectives to achieve targets.
- Identify targeted customer segmentation through market research and prospecting potential clients directly or via trade associations.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Head to increase sales and brand exposure across multiple media channels.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing direction and identifying areas for improvement.
- Review sales reports to track progress, assess results, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- This position reports directly to the General Manager Sales & Marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in sales industries, with experience at manager level.
- Proven experience in the Property / Real Estate industry, especially in selling landed houses / high-rise (apartments) / office spaces and commercial lots.
- Strong ability in developing and executing marketing plans.
- Target-oriented with excellent communication skills and a broad professional network.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang area.
