Job Description:

  • Sell landed houses / high-rise (apartments) / office spaces and commercial lots.
  • Manage and lead the Sales Department by providing strategic sales plans and establishing sales objectives to achieve targets.
  • Identify targeted customer segmentation through market research and prospecting potential clients directly or via trade associations.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Head to increase sales and brand exposure across multiple media channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing direction and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Review sales reports to track progress, assess results, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • This position reports directly to the General Manager Sales & Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in sales industries, with experience at manager level.
  • Proven experience in the Property / Real Estate industry, especially in selling landed houses / high-rise (apartments) / office spaces and commercial lots.
  • Strong ability in developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Target-oriented with excellent communication skills and a broad professional network.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang area.
