Job Description :

  • Implement and improve QHSE management systems, processes and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001
  • Communicating information about the QHSE Management System throughout the organization and promoting QHSE awareness through various communication channels namely induction, training, campaigns, leaflets, discussions, email, etc.
  • Record QHSE key performance indicators on a monthly basis and issue reports as necessary. Suggest and advise changes to ensure continuous improvement on any additional effective KPIs to be added in the system as part of continual improvement.
  • Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identify and assist in implementing improvements.
  • Support Building and infrastructure maintenance in connection with GA requirements.
  • Ensure that all documents required by Safety management system have been made and updated.
  • Undertake QHSE inspections internally and with third parties as per the approved inspection program of the company.
  • Evaluate possible accident incidents, and analyze the root of the problem including preventive and corrective actions taken.
  • Supervise and regulate the schedule of transporting area waste and company waste.
  • Control the waste handling, management and reporting.

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Environment Technic/Public Healthy or equivalent
  • Work Experience : 2 years of minimum experience in the same field with maximum age of 25
  • Specific Technical Skills: Risk and safety management, statistical analysis.
  • Understand ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SMK3
  • Has experience as Safety management
  • Mastering Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
  • Good Interpersonal Skill
