We provide premium educational solutions to Indonesian learners aged 5–18 across all subjects, along with high-quality Mandarin programs for adults. We're expanding our academic team and looking for a Math Program Academic Lead to help shape and elevate our new mathematics program. This is a strategic academic leadership role for someone passionate about education, curriculum innovation, and impactful student learning.
What You'll Do
- Co-design the WonderMind Math curriculum aligned with international standards and tailored for Indonesian learners Lead a team of math teachers, providing coaching, training, and academic guidance
- Define learning goals and assessment benchmarks; track student progress and learning outcomes
- Collaborate with parents and advisors to support each learner's growth
- Work cross-functionally with operations on scheduling, resource planning, and teaching materials
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from a top 10 Indonesian public university, or a globally ranked international university
- Background: STEM-related degree (Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Experience: 4+ years teaching math at an international school or structured education provider in Southeast Asia
- Language: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bonus Points: If You Have Awards from math competitions (e.g., Math Olympiad, AMC, Math Kangaroo)
- Familiarity with both local and international education systems in Indonesia Experience in curriculum design, academic leadership, or teacher training
