Position Overview:
The IT Solutions Consultant is responsible for communicating with clients about their business needs and designing and implementing technical solutions to support their business objectives. This position requires strong technical, business analysis, and customer relationship management skills to ensure the company's IT products and services address real-world client issues and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Needs Analysis
Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and technical pain points.
Analyze existing systems and processes and propose improvement and optimization solutions.
Solution Design and Implementation
Design customized IT solutions based on client needs.
Assist in deploying software, systems, or technical services, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal development, technical support, and operations teams to implement solutions.
Project Management and Coordination
Participate in project planning and track project progress and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project completion.
Manage project risks and develop effective response strategies.
Technical Support and Training
Provide client training and operational guidance to ensure efficient solution usage.
Provide ongoing technical support after implementation to resolve client issues.
Business Development and Customer Relationship Management
Participate in the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients, improving customer satisfaction and renewal rates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3-8 years of experience in IT solutions, systems consulting, or related fields; technical consultant experience preferred.
Familiarity with enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, etc.) and IT architecture.
Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to clearly explain complex technical issues to non-technical personnel.
Ability to independently manage project tasks and coordinate teamwork.
Fluent in English and a local language; experience with international projects preferred.
