QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial relations, particularly in the manufacturing/factory sector.
  • Familiarity with the Employment Law, the Job Creation Law, and their related regulations.
  • Experience in industrial licensing (OSS, AMDAL/UKL-UPL, etc.) is preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, especially with labor unions.
  • Experience in analyzing and resolving conflicts is preferred.
  • Experience in handling collective labor agreements (PKB) and layoffs is preferred.
  • High integrity, firm yet diplomatic.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Placement in South Jakarta, Mega Kuningan.
  • Willing to travel for business trips to the company's factory in Sarolangun, Jambi, approximately 2–3 times per year with duration 1–2 months per trip.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide practical, effective, and solution-based legal advice and conduct relevant legal investigations and research.
  • Provide legal support for the Company's daily operations requiring legal advice and services. This legal support includes the drafting, revision, and negotiation of legal documents.
  • Provide legal opinions on factory operational activities.
  • Maintain good relationships with local government agencies (Industry Agency, Manpower Agency, mediators, labor inspectors, etc.).
  • Handle inspections or visits from legal and licensing supervisory agencies.
  • Attend inspection invitations from relevant agencies, if any.
  • Prepare documents required for mediation or out-of-court dispute resolution (if necessary).
  • Support other departments such as Production, HR, Procurement, and GA on the legality of documents and policies.
  • Conduct internal education or training regarding industrial relations and employment regulations.
  • Develop and disseminate company policies regarding employee discipline, work procedures, and codes of ethics.
  • Handle disputes, litigation, and government investigations.
  • Handle labor issues and disputes.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships between management and employees/labor unions.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and labor unions.
  • Handle employee disciplinary cases, terminations, and labor dispute resolution.
  • Prepare warning letters, peace agreements, bipartite minutes, and other IR documents.
