Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Vice President of Digital Transformation, based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The successful candidate will oversee digital transformation initiatives, drive business transformation strategies, and manage the implementation of innovative solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, aligning technology with business goals, consulting stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Project Management
- Experience in providing Consulting services or advisory roles
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change
- Advanced degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and digital trends
