Requirements:
- Min S1 Bechelor Degree: Law , Business Administration & psycholog
- Min 5+ Years work experience as manager in HR, GA,HSE ,K3 field
- English Fluent
- Good Cummunication, negotiation skill
- Having Knowledge on payroll practice
- Experience in handling external audits, including ISO 9001:2015 and related government agencies
- Experience in formulating comprehensive HR strategis and policies , company asset, maintenance building , vechicles
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Payroll and remuneration for employee
- Formulate and implement HR management strategies, including workforce planning, competency development, performance management and employee engagement
- Oversee the management of general affair, including faciliteis , security and company assets to support smooth operation
- Ensure the company legal compliance through contract management ,licencing industrial relations and legal dispute resolution
- Handle internal and external conflicts with a profesional,solution-oriented approach and in accordance with regulations
- Prepare regular reports and strategic analyses related to HR Ga LEGAL and HSE activities to management as needed
- Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding HR LEGAL operational and risk issues
- Direct the implementation of HSE policies in accordance with OHS standarts ande environmental regulations to ensure occupational safety and business sustainability
