We're looking for a dynamic
HR Generalist
who's passionate about people, culture, and operations. You'll be the backbone of our internal team ,from recruitment to employee happiness, from payroll to policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end
    payroll process
    , attendance tracking, and employee database
  • Manage
    recruitment process
    : job posting, CV screening, initial interviews, scheduling with user
  • Draft and manage
    employment contracts
    , NDA, and other HR documents
  • Develop and run
    employee engagement programs
    (birthday celebration, bonding activity, mini events, etc.)
  • Support onboarding & offboarding processes
  • Ensure all HR operations comply with regulations and internal SOPs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR Generalist or related role
  • Strong understanding of
    Indonesian labor law
    and HR best practices
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, dan (bonus) HRIS platforms (e.g. Talenta, Gadjian)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
  • Passion for building a positive work culture
