We're looking for a Human Resources Lead to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles and departments, along with other HR functions such as employer branding, industrial relations, and more.
Job description and key responsibilities:
- Design and implement an overall recruitment strategy tailored to each function and role.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate channels/platforms.
- Source, screen candidates' resumes, and conduct interviews to assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, aptitudes using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Manage offer negotiations with candidates until closing.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, including providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and act as a discussion partner with various stakeholders to ensure a well-targeted, smooth, and efficient hiring process.
- Drive employer branding strategy and campaigns to attract and retain top talent.
- Create engaging content and campaigns that highlight the company's culture, values, and people stories across internal and external channels, while providing insights to inform future employer branding strategies.
- Oversee HR administrative activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth execution of all processes.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members and provide guidance on best practices across various HR areas.
- Manage HR-related audit requirements (e.g. ISO 27001), ensuring that all HR aspects are properly covered and compliant with the standards.
- Apply labor laws in day-to-day HR practices, ensuring alignment with regulations.
- Supervise and manage the performance evaluations of employees nearing the end of their probation or contract period.
- Conduct and supervise new hire onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Leverage HR-related data to provide insights for various stakeholders.
- Assist the employee relations matters such as addressing employee's inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in and/or lead various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Min 4 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment process and employer branding functions.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (behavioural, competency-based, etc).
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and employer branding tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor).
- Knowledge of labor laws in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Fluent English and Bahasa verbally and in writing.
