Responsibilities:

  • Handle all core admin, mail, and filing to keep things running super smooth.
  • Monitor and restock office supplies—be the inventory expert.
  • Coordinate all event needs (refreshments, rides, accommodation).
  • Spot-check office facilities and report any necessary repairs ASAP.
  • Talk to vendors and external parties for office support.
  • Assist with class events, both in Yogyakarta and out of town.
  • Track and report all General Affairs spending.

Qualifications:

  • Available for at least
    6 months

  • Willing to work
    on-site in Yogyakarta
    .
  • Final year student or fresh graduate (any major).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent at time management.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Critical:
    Must have a valid driver's license for car and motorcycle (
    SIM A & SIM C
    ).
  • Own your device (laptop/etc.).
