REQUIREMENTS:
- Active university student, minimum in the 5th semester or in the final semester with Information Technology, HR Management or Industrial Engineering degree;
- Able to participate in the internship program full-time from Monday to Friday (office hours);
- Basic understanding of Human Resources field;
- Have basic Ms. Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word) abilities (calculation, lookup, pivoting);
- Meticulous and thorough in managing data.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Learn and support activities and project related to HC Strategy and People Management, such as Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, Corporate Culture, Performance Management, and Recruitment;
- Assist in creating and developing simple systems (e.g., based on Excel, Google Sheets, or low-code applications) to support HR processes;
- Provide input on automation or process simplification in HC;
- Compiling data for reports to direct supervisor;
- Other HC administration tasks.
