About the role
The Admin Restaurant role at The Burma Restaurant ' is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this role, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant's day-to-day activities.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the restaurant's filing systems and administrative records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and events
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
- Provide general administrative support to the restaurant management team
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are well-stocked and maintained
- Contribute to the implementation of administrative processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of administrative best practices and office management principles
