About the role

The Admin Restaurant role at The Burma Restaurant ' is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this role, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant's day-to-day activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the restaurant's filing systems and administrative records
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and events
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
  • Provide general administrative support to the restaurant management team
  • Ensure office equipment and supplies are well-stocked and maintained
  • Contribute to the implementation of administrative processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • Knowledge of administrative best practices and office management principles
