- Minimum education: Diploma (D3)/Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in PABX/VoIP/telecommunications systems.
- Understanding of basic network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, VLAN, QoS).
- Hands-on experience with PABX platforms such as Asterisk or similar.
- Ability to read and create technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Certification in telecommunications/VoIP (e.g., CCNA Voice, Avaya ACSS, 3CX Certified Engineer) is a plus.
