Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze online/offline consumer trends, cultural moments, and community behaviors relevant to ASTRO.
  • Provide regular insights to inspire brand activations, partnerships, and influencer strategies.
  • Independently identify, map, and approach key communities and potential brand partners aligned with ASTRO’s positioning.
  • Build and maintain an updated database of partners and community stakeholders.
  • Ideate creative partnership concepts that strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement.
  • Develop compelling partnership decks and pitch proposals to external partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Lead negotiations to secure equal or favorable barter/exchange value in partnerships.
  • Ensure collaborations deliver mutual benefit and strong ROI for ASTRO.
  • Receive and refine KOL briefs for campaigns, category initiatives, and partnerships.
  • Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with KOLs/influencers that align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer activations: briefing, content review, PR package handling, posting schedules, and approvals.
  • Monitor and report KOL performance (reach, engagement, conversions), and provide insights for optimization.
  • Own the full cycle of partnership events and activations — from planning and coordination to execution.
  • Ensure smooth delivery with clear timelines, stakeholder alignment, and strong consumer experience.
  • Compile closing reports for partnerships, KOL activations, and community projects.
  • Consolidate results, key learnings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education & Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, event management, or community management (internship experience also considered).
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of consumer and cultural trends (both online and offline), with capability to spot relevant partnership opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft and pitch partnership decks persuasively.
  • Negotiation skills with proven ability to secure equal-value collaborations.
  • Solid project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset for creating post-event reports and evaluating impact.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides/PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools.
