PT Garland Cantik Indonesia (Dear Me Beauty) is currently hiring for Product Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop promotional program plans for all sales channels in line with the company's marketing and sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to determine the most effective products and promotional periods.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to define promotion concepts and mechanisms.
  • Manage and coordinate the execution of promotional activities across all sales channels.
  • Prepare and communicate promotion guidelines to all regions, stores, and distributors.
  • Ensure the sales team fully understands and correctly implements the promotion mechanisms and guidelines.
  • Monitor the implementation of promotions on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Prepare post-promotion analysis reports to measure the effectiveness of each program.
  • Identify competitor promotion trends and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
  • Evaluate weekly and monthly sales performance.
  • Calculate P&L for each promotional activity or event conducted.
  • Support the development of sales forecasts based on sales data.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
  • 2–3 years of working experience in Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Brand Activation, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills in sales data and promotion effectiveness measurement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas) and PowerPoint.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, especially within the beauty retail industry.
