Role Purpose:

Design and develop interior concepts that strengthen accross diversified business identity, enhance customer experience, and improve functionality across all Sejati Group business units. Ensure projects are executed with creativity, efficiency, and strong project management.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed design documentation, including RAB (budget plan), BQ, working drawings, and technical specifications.

  • Develop and present design concepts from ideation to execution, aligned with Sejati Group branding and operational needs.

  • Conduct site surveys (measurements, inspections) to support accurate and efficient design implementation.

  • Coordinate effectively with management, design teams, and on-site contractors to ensure smooth execution.

  • Deliver professional 2D/3D design concepts and high-quality renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max with V-Ray; proficiency in multimedia and graphic design is an advantage.

  • Support marketing and promotional activities by creating graphic design assets (logos, banners, signage, promotional materials).

  • Ensure design solutions are creative, standardized, scalable, efficient, and cost-effective while maintaining quality.

  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery meets and quality standards across multiple business units.

Qualifications


• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Interior Design / Architecture.


• 3–5 years of proven experience in interior design or architecture, ideally with prior experience in a design or architecture consultancy.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max + V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Visio, and Microsoft Office (Excel essential). Proficiency in multimedia and graphic design is an advantage.


• Strong creative thinking with initiative, problem-solving, and time management skills.


• Experience in handling multi-unit/multi-site design projects and ensuring consistency in branding and customer experience.


• Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, layouts, and presentations in a professional manner.


• Strong communication and coordination skills for managing collaboration between head office, unit operations, and contractors.


• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
