Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for user requirement analysis and application design
- Responsible for application development and report writing
- Leading and assisting in system implementation and user testing
- Review, prepare, and maintain technical documents such as acceptance test document, deployment guide, user guide, and operation manual
- Analyze reported issues and provide effective solutions
- Proactively assign, manage, and prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, OOP, design patterns, REST API, and databases (SQL & NoSQL)
- Experience with modern frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, Angular, Maven, or
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Prior experience in leading small development teams or technical projects.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
