Civil Engineering Supervisor (Project & Developer)

Responsibilities:
- Setup, design and supervise the planning and design stages of civil and architectural projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Perform due diligence on new construction sites, assessing their feasibility and potential impact.
- Oversee all project stages, from initial planning to final execution and completion.
- Survey new construction sites and evaluate existing structures for potential upgrades.
- Design and recommend improvements to CAD drawings (including software like SAP2000, Etabs, and CityEngineering) to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Prepare cost estimations (BoQs) and project budgets, ensuring financial viability.
- Preparing detailed work schedules, allocating resources effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure projects meet all industry codes, specifications, and safety standards.
- Document project processes and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management, supervisory role within civil engineering.
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on setup, execution, and quality control.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, architectural concepts, and construction standards/codes.
- Proficiency in civil engineering and architectural project management software (Civil 3D, SAP2000, Etabs, CityEngineering, and CAD).
- Excellent leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Availability to perform construction site visits outside of regular business hours when necessary.
