Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Engineer to join our team in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry. The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet all customer and regulatory requirements, leading root cause investigations, and implementing effective corrective actions. The role involves close coordination with production, design, and supplier quality teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and product quality.
Responsibilities :
- Create, plan, and manage the technical aspects of projects in the field
- Calculate the need for heavy equipment and other resources
- Ensure the availability of heavy equipment
- Monitor and evaluate project progress
- Manage and optimize the use of resources, including heavy equipment and labor
- Report findings and recommendations to superiors
- Understand and be able to identify problems and find appropriate solution
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the availability of heavy equipment
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years experiences in relevan industry
- Can calculate the need for heavy equipment in a project
- Minimum 3 years experiances in leadership level ini similar role
- Deep knowledge of all areas of heavy equipment industry (Excavator, Motor Grader, Wheel Loader, etc)
- Excellent communication skill in English both verbal and written ,& computer literate
- Good in coaching /good analytical : conflict resolution
- Lead internal audits and support external audits (ISO 9001, customer audits, etc.).
