Recruitment Specialist (FMCG)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment channel strategies (job portals, job fairs, social media, and partnerships with universities/vocational schools).
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, assessment, to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective assessment tools (potential & competency) for volume recruitment.
  • Handle recruitment for both mass hiring (operators & staff) and strategic positions (Supervisors & Managers).
  • Prepare and manage Manpower Planning aligned with business needs, market expansion, and turnover analysis.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry (mandatory), accustomed to a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Experienced in both mass recruitment and strategic-level hiring.
  • Previous experience as a headhunter or in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
