Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Psychology or Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00
- More than 15 years of working experience in the related field from Property Industry
- Strong in HR function area : Recruitment, Assessment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Organizational Development, Payroll, Industrial Relationship, HR Policy and Procedures
- Proven experience in drive talent management activity including succession planning management and critical role identification
- Ability to develop, implement, and manage the company's performance management system (goal setting, reviews, feedback, PIPs).
- Strong understanding of labors laws, compliance standards and HR best practices
- Demonstrated good communication skills, proactive, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well-organized multitasking.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Willing to work at Cikini, Central Jakarta
