Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Psychology or Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00
  • More than 15 years of working experience in the related field from Property Industry
  • Strong in HR function area : Recruitment, Assessment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Organizational Development, Payroll, Industrial Relationship, HR Policy and Procedures
  • Proven experience in drive talent management activity including succession planning management and critical role identification
  • Ability to develop, implement, and manage the company's performance management system (goal setting, reviews, feedback, PIPs).
  • Strong understanding of labors laws, compliance standards and HR best practices
  • Demonstrated good communication skills, proactive, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well-organized multitasking.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written)
  • Willing to work at Cikini, Central Jakarta
