We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a
Project Admin
, supporting the seamless execution of hydropower development initiatives. This role serves as a central hub for data management, stakeholder coordination, and operational support—bridging finance, HSE, procurement, and construction functions. With hands-on involvement in SAP operations and project documentation, the Project Admin ensures clarity, accuracy, and alignment across all phases of project delivery.

  • Gather, compile, and maintain project-related data from various departments (e.g., finance, procurement, HSE, construction).
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into SAP and other project tracking systems.
  • Maintain organized records of project documentation, including permits, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist Finance team with invoice tracking, budget updates, and cost reporting.
  • Support HSE team with incident logs, safety documentation, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to track material requests, delivery schedules, and vendor documentation.
  • Aid Construction Manager in updating progress reports, manpower logs, and site documentation.
  • Operate SAP modules relevant to project administration (e.g., MM, FI, PM), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate reports and dashboards from SAP to support decision-making and stakeholder updates.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage project calendars, filing systems, and communication channels.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive project information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, project accounting, or general administration (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)
  • Experience in construction/engineering projects preferred).
  • Familiarity with tax regulations (e.g. WHT, VAT), invoicing, and financial reporting in Indonesia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, ERP, or project finance systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Open to a short-term contract, with availability until December 31st.
