Minimum 3 years of experience as a Logistics Supervisor
Experience in logistics operations
Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and accurately
Ability to develop and implement SOPs related to logistics operations
Ability to analyze logistics data and create performance reports
Ability to use WMS, TMS, ERP, tracking systems, and similar logistics-related systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with various parties
