Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Bandung, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role includes preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including client relationship management and effective presentation abilities
  • Proven sales expertise, negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of the industry or prior experience in B2B sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
