Job Description 1. Mekanik Body Repair (Dempul, Bongkar Pasang, Ketok, Las, Poles)Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Melakukan pembongkaran dan pemasangan panel bodi, bumper, lampu, kaca, trim, dan komponen kendaraan lainnya sesuai instruksi kerja.
- Melakukan perbaikan bodi kendaraan dengan teknik ketok, tarik, atau press untuk mengembalikan bentuk panel ke kondisi standar pabrikan.
- Melakukan pengelasan pada panel atau rangka kendaraan yang rusak menggunakan metode MIG/TIG atau spot welding.
- Mengganti atau memperbaiki panel yang mengalami kerusakan berat.
- Menggunakan peralatan kerja seperti alat ketok, puller, welding set, dan alat potong secara aman.
- Memastikan setiap tahapan pekerjaan sesuai SOP dan standar kualitas perusahaan.
- Menjaga komponen agar tidak rusak atau hilang selama proses perbaikan.
- Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan kerja dan menggunakan APD yang sesuai.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (jurusan Otomotif atau Pengelasan diutamakan).
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang body repair kendaraan.
- Menguasai teknik bongkar-pasang, ketok panel, dan pengelasan (MIG/TIG/spot welding).
- Mampu membaca gambar kerja dan instruksi teknis.
- Memiliki keterampilan teknis dan ketelitian tinggi.
- Mampu bekerja sesuai target waktu dan di bawah tekanan.
- Fisik sehat, stamina baik, dan disiplin kerja tinggi.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Mengaplikasikan dempul pada panel untuk meratakan permukaan.
- Menghaluskan permukaan panel dengan pengamplasan manual atau mesin.
- Memastikan campuran dempul sesuai jenis dan takaran yang tepat.
- Memeriksa hasil akhir sebelum tahap pengecatan.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (Otomotif diutamakan).
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang pendempulan kendaraan.
- Menguasai teknik mixing dan aplikasi dempul.
- Teliti dan memiliki keterampilan detail finishing.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Menyiapkan panel untuk proses pengecatan (masking, primer, basecoat).
- Melakukan pengecatan sesuai standar warna dan ketebalan.
- Mengoperasikan spray gun dan peralatan cat lainnya dengan benar.
- Melakukan color matching sesuai warna asli kendaraan.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (Otomotif diutamakan).
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai painter otomotif.
- Menguasai teknik pengecatan, color matching, dan perawatan peralatan cat.
- Memahami prosedur K3 dalam pengecatan (masker, ventilasi, APD).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Melakukan proses polishing untuk menghilangkan baret halus dan mengkilapkan hasil cat.
- Memeriksa kualitas akhir pekerjaan sebelum kendaraan diserahkan kepada pelanggan.
- Membersihkan panel dari debu, residu, atau bekas masking.
- Melaporkan bila ada ketidaksempurnaan finishing untuk dilakukan perbaikan.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di poles kendaraan.
- Terampil menggunakan mesin poles dan bahan compound/wax.
- Memiliki ketelitian tinggi dan perhatian terhadap detail.

Join the Grab ID Rental Fleet team We provide fleet supply to Grab, serving the non bank-able partner to work as Grab's driver-partner. In Fleet team, we identify opportunities to maintain the competitive cost to serve through maintenance strategy, strategic partnership and excellence process in vehicle operating process. We are serving 11 cities and in Jabodetabek we have 5 different pool locations.
You will oversee the car refurbish process, ensuring operation excellence of Body Repairs: assessing vehicle damage, estimating repair cost, mitigating fraudulent and over-repair request while optimizing overall repair cost - time effectiveness. Based in our pool in Tangerang, you will report to the Manager.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform- Monitor inspection result of return units (fleet ride hailing) for reported damage and legitimacy of repair request (Non fraud; ensure damage : new / additional, accidental or just wear and tear)
- Assess trends of necessity of parts replacement VS special repair / refurbish one, with focus on time & cost efficiency.
- Detecting and reporting potential fraudulent repair requests and mis-use self repair by Drivers or staff.
- Collaborate with workshop network to clarify repair scope and give recommendations (repair vs replace)
- Analyze for damage trends and spare parts requirements and forecasting
- Minimize vehicle idle time by implement efficient assessment process.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or related technical field.
- 3 years experience in vehicle inspection / automotive repair / fleet management / insurance claim assessment.
- Knowledge of car vehicle body, mechanical, electrical systems and repair process related
- Understanding of cost - time effective repair VS replacement decision.
- Prior experience of data analysis generation and delivering the insights to mid - upper management.
