About the Role
We are looking for a Mandarin Speaker - Requirement Analyst / Product Analyst who will act as the bridge between business, product, and engineering teams. This role is crucial in ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, realistic, and aligned with business goals, while also supporting the successful delivery of features and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with company objectives
- Prepare detailed requirement documentation for features, processes, or projects
- Collaborate across business, product, and engineering teams to gather input and validate needs
- Define and prioritize features based on business value, urgency, and resource availability
- Work with technical teams to assess feasibility and provide recommendations
- Validate that implemented solutions match initial requirements and deliver expected value
- Evaluate released features and solutions to ensure they meet business objectives
Qualifications
- Strong command of Mandarin (written and verbal) is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or project experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capacity
- Ability to think critically and creatively to propose solutions
- Knowledge of product and project management concepts is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel: Pivot, SUM, IF, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with both business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
