Job Desc :

  • will be support SOP Specialist in order to create Business Process Document (SOP, Policy, Guidance, Flowchart etc), coordinate and collaborate well with related Department, conduct socialization of the SOP
  • will be responsible to review the SOP draft before the finalization.
  • will be reporting the progress and result of the SOP to superior
  • will support Department SOP to be distributed and socialize the SOP to the related Department
  • will be responsible to administrating, filling and controlling the SOP document

Requirements :

  • Candidate Must Process at least Bachelor Degree In any discipline
  • Fluent In English Both Verbal and Written is Must
  • have an experience as SOP Specialist, SOP development or Business Process improvement for at least 2 years
  • have a good knowledge and understanding in Business Process for Automotive or Finance Company, others are welcome
  • have a strong administration background
  • advance profiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point & Visio
  • Good communication skill & Organization skill
  • familiar with the tight deadline and target time
