Job Summary:
Lead and drive the corporate sales function to achieve business growth, expand corporate partnerships, and strengthen the company's presence in the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the corporate sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Design and implement effective corporate sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify, acquire, and manage key corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to develop business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to optimize sales execution.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to senior management.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships to support sustainable growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of corporate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and strong business acumen.
