Job Description

  • Responsible for the routine maintenance of Company buildings and assets.
  • Responsible for routine payments and purchases.
  • Conduct stock-taking with the HOD and prepare regular reports.
  • Assist in coordinating with relevant departments to develop maintenance and infrastructure development programs and work plans to improve work quality and quantity.
  • Create and monitor a checklist of tasks for the GA team.
  • Optimize security, cleanliness, and sanitation within the area of responsibility.
  • Provide continuous reports to management regarding work goal achievements, issues, and solutions within the department, both in writing and verbally.
  • Manage the execution of internal Company events.
  • Assist with processing Company/Employee permits such as foreign worker usage, company domicile, leasing, access cards, parking, etc.

Job Qualifications

  • Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
  • Experience in a fintech company is preferred.
  • Preferred background as a Human Resources senior staff or equivalent.
  • Ability to make decisions and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, managerial skills, and maturity.
  • Experienced in coordinating and communicating with government agencies (Immigration, Police, Agencies, etc.).
  • Knowledge of general affairs principles
