Job Desk :
- Team Management: Supervise and train the rental team, manage schedules, and ensure performance goals are met.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient processing of rentals, returns, and stock management.
- Customer Service: Address driver concerns and ensure a positive rental experience.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote rental services, identify growth opportunities, and meet sales targets.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to policies and prepare operational reports (rental record, survey and collection)
Requirement :
- Have experience with the same position min 2 years
- Ability to work a team and independently
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience in star up company will be advantage
- Have a good leadership and problem solving
- Able to use computers and understand Ms Office & Google Spreadsheets
