Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Cook in PIK, Jakarta, Indonesia.
As part of Hoka's pastry team, you'll assist in daily production ( preparation, mixing, baking,etc.) Follow recipes and SOPs accurately to maintain product consistency. Help with stock rotation and ingredient preparation. Work efficiently and support team members during busy hours
Qualifications
• Able to work in PIK area
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Background in pastry, baking, or culinary field (SMK or equivalent is a plus)
• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry production is a plus
• Basic knowledge of baking and kitchen equipment
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Able to work as a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Comfortable working early shifts or flexible hours when needed
• Honest, disciplined, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
