Job Descriptions:

  • Organize the professional review and approval process for Quotes and Contracts from Distributors, Partners, or End Customers, and register Purchase Orders (PO) or Contracts accordingly.
  • Verify distributor margins before PO registration to ensure compliance with company policies and conduct authenticity checks on submitted materials, ensuring they meet format, originality, and completeness requirements.
  • Manage MCL process risks under the CRM 20.0 framework and support rapid and healthy business growth by optimizing transaction flow policies and processes.
  • Assist in initiating regulation or rule approval workflows (eFlow) and organizing regular departmental meetings.
  • Develop and implement relevant rules, policies, and processes; resolve critical business issues; and create problem-resolution guidelines or case studies.
  • Support the accounting department in organizing, reviewing, and registering POs.
  • Track and monitor accounting tasks regularly to ensure timely implementation and completion.
  • Support and analyze related data to assist in review processes and decision-making.
  • Manage MAE process risks under the EBG CRM framework and support sustainable business growth through process optimization.
  • Participate in contract negotiations with distributors and customers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in contract reviews and quality assessments to ensure accuracy of commercial and legal content and maintain overall contract quality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, IT, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational or back-office position.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Preferably familiar with enterprise business processes and ICT technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Able to understand customer requirements and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication, networking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
