experienced Operations Manager
to lead and optimize our end-to-end operations.
About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring smooth and efficient company operations. You will oversee production, financial performance, and commercial processes, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the business is well-positioned for scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operations across production, supply chain, finance, and commercial functions.
- Implement and refine processes to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
- Oversee production planning, supply chain, and inventory management.
- Drive KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop department leads to strengthen organizational capability.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, financial management, and commercial operations.
- A hands-on leader able to balance strategic oversight with operational detail.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
